Wonderdraft

Ever since I was a small child, I have been drawing maps and I’d have loved to have an app like Wonderdraft back then. My love of cartography started the first time I ever opened the front cover of the Lord of the Rings. I’d obsess over the geography and the socio-political divides between kingdoms and peoples.

I discovered Wonderdraft right about the time I started building a new world for a Dungeons & Dragons campaign. The app is a powerful map-making tool that produces beautiful maps. It is easy to use and runs on Windows, Mac, and Linux computer systems. Check back often for new maps, tutorials, and techniques for creating detailed fantasy maps.
